Gerald checked me in. Asked me if I wanted the inside and outside cleaned and I said yes so he said $36.99- btw, the sign with all the services had been moved, nevertheless the price sounded like what I'm used to so I went with it. After my car was all done, I pull off and but quickly circled back because I noticed crumbs and paper still in between my seats. Also the black ice which I always get had no smell too it so I'm thinking it may be watered downed. Now, I'm back and Tyler comes to see what I need. I explain to him that there's still dirt in between the seats and real cool and straightforward he says that's because I got the regular wash and not the Master wash where they go between the seats and underneath, which is about $15 more because they spend about 15 extra minutes. I tell him that I've never heard of this. And then he says, oh yea you're good. I tell him I'm actually not good because I've never come here and left and my car is still dirty and I get the same wash every time- it's either $36.99 or $39.99, definitely not $51+. He then addresses my issue with the fragrance and said he can spray some more and I tell him to just change it to pina colada because I don't t

Dallas and Caleb did an amazing job! They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly while paying attention to every detail. My car looks fantastic, and I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a great experience at Autobell!

This location did an AMAZING job cleaning my car. They went above and beyond and the manager was helping out and ensuring cars were cleaned. All the employees were helping each other and ensured that my car was clean. I even had dog hair in my backseat that I didn’t expect them to get out and they spent extra time vacuuming to ensure it was all good. Top notch service! Will be a regular customer.

They were quick and I thought they were thorough but when I got home, I saw they missed putting tire gloss on one of my tires. Hence 4 stars and not 5

My first time coming here was today. I got a free full service coupon for Christmas that I was very excited about because I wanted to try this place but am left pretty disappointed. Overall I feel like my car could’ve been vacuumed better for the entire car but the reason for me leaving a 2 star review is because my 3rd row seat didn’t get cleaned at all. In the middle row seat there was still some kind of candy from my kids that is stuck to the floor mat and my middle console that I took the time to make sure was emptied so that it could be vacuumed out effortlessly was only half way vacuumed out. Of course I told the kid that told me my car was done that I didn’t need the receipt. A manager is supposed to be reaching out so I guess I’ll see if anything is done about this but overall I’m pretty disappointed with the service, which sucks because there’s a location right by my work also that I was going to start using had they done a good job.
